Oh la la! The apartment I have bought last year has since been appreciated in value. Property agent has since called me a few times and make me offer to sell. Fortunately, I went down personally to the actual site to enquiry on the current market. The offer by this agent do not match the prices currently selling in the open market. Phew!, never agreed to the deal. Anyway, this apartment is not for sale at the moment. Will see how it goes and whether the property price will continue to rise.......
