Agent called to make offer

Oh la la! The apartment I have bought last year has since been appreciated in value. Property agent has since called me a few times and make me offer to sell. Fortunately, I went down personally to the actual site to enquiry on the current market. The offer by this agent do not match the prices currently selling in the open market. Phew!, never agreed to the deal. Anyway, this apartment is not for sale at the moment. Will see how it goes and whether the property price will continue to rise.......

Adsense has been approved

Yeah! Yeah! My Adsense has been approved. But I have yet to apply for a unique Domain Name. Still not quite sure which niche market I want to go into. The course is starting next week and I hope to quickly get all account settle within the week.
